So, to be honest….I don't know exactly what was done…which led me to question why my original quote of $200-$350 to clean the carburetors, ended up costing me $442. I was under the impression that my carburetors needed cleaning….but the receipt said "clean fuel system". Also, the quote they originally gave me ended up costing me over $100 more….and I kind of had to complain to get it lowered to that amount. Being an auto mechanic by trade, it didn't seem like the old parts I was given( a fuel filter and 4 spark plugs) matched their diagnosis of "cleaning the fuel system". A few days later a friend(who also had his bike fixed there), brought me my old parts from them. I asked for my old parts and when I went to pick up the bike, they didn't know where the parts were located. ![]() The diagnosis they gave me didn't seem to match my old parts. I was told more than once that they would call me at a certain time and was never called on time, either occasion.
